Ihor Katkov
AI-native product builder and technical strategy advisor.
Amsterdam, the Netherlands
I help founders, teams, and companies design, ship, and scale AI-native products, and advise on practical AI transformations.
Currently Founding Engineer at Neno, Europe’s first AI-powered financial services company, where I own the full technical architecture: document processing pipelines, banking infrastructure, and AI agents that automate financial workflows for European SMEs.
Before Neno: founded a software agency, built algorithmic trading systems, engineered fintech infrastructure. Nearly a decade of building things that handle money and can’t afford to break.
I’m building more products. Documenting the process publicly: what works, what doesn’t, what the next generation of software actually looks like.
Occasionally available for advisory engagements and technical strategy sprints. If you’re building something AI-native and want a second brain on architecture or technical direction, email me. Tell me what you’re building and where it hurts.
